Scout terms

Joining

Anyone with a Google account can join. There is no application and no approval step. You do not need to be a streamer or a paying customer.

Attribution

A click on your link attaches you to that browser for 30 days. If they create an account in that window, the referral is yours. First touch wins and is never reassigned — once an account is credited to a scout, a later click on someone else's link cannot move it. Referring your own account does not count.

What you earn

• Pays monthly: 50% of their plan, every month for 3 months.
• Pays every 3 months: 1 full month of their plan, paid once.
• Pays every 6 months: 1 full month of their plan, paid once.
• Pays yearly: 20% of what they pay, paid once.

“A month” means one month of the referred account's plan at list price. Discounts they receive do not reduce what you earn, and the yearly figure is a share of what they actually paid.

Getting paid

Commission is credited when the payment clears and is held for 30 days before it can be withdrawn — that is the refund and chargeback window. After that you can request a payout once your available balance is at least $50.

Payouts are offered as either an Amazon gift card or a casino tip to a supported casino account. We may ask you to confirm a delivery email or verified casino username before sending the reward. Casino-tip availability can vary by casino and region; if a selected casino cannot receive the tip, we will offer the Amazon gift card option instead.

If a payment is refunded or charged back, the matching commission is reversed. We do this by recording a correcting entry, never by editing history.

XP and the leaderboard

XP is a score. It affects your position on the board and your rank badge, and nothing else — it is not currency and cannot be redeemed. Paid conversions and posts we have verified are the only things that score.

The board shows a name you choose, or a masked version of your email if you have not chosen one. It never shows your earnings. You can remove yourself from the board at any time from your dashboard without affecting anything you earn.

Content

Posts are reviewed by a person before they score, including any view count — figures you supply yourself are not used. Be honest about what Streamneeds does; do not claim to represent us, do not promise anything on our behalf, and follow the rules of whatever platform you are posting on. Spam, misleading claims and undisclosed paid placement will get a post rejected.

Suspension

We can suspend a scout account for fraud, self-referral, fake sign-ups or abuse of the programme. Suspension freezes attribution and payouts and removes the account from the public board. It never deletes your history, and your link keeps redirecting — those links live in video descriptions we cannot edit.

Changes

We may change the rates, the hold period and the XP values. Changes apply to commission earned after the change; anything already credited keeps the terms it was credited under.
