How it works

You send streamers to Streamneeds. When they pay us, we pay you. The leaderboard is there because it turns out people try harder when there's a scoreboard.

What you earn

Your cut depends on the billing cycle your streamer picks at checkout.

They payYou get
Pays monthly50% of their plan, every month for 3 months
Pays every 3 months1 full month of their plan, paid once
Pays every 6 months1 full month of their plan, paid once
Pays yearly20% of what they pay, paid once

“A month” means one month of whatever plan they're on, at list price — so a referral onto the $100 plan is worth the same to you however they were billed, and a welcome discount they got never comes out of your side.

How XP works

  • 500 XP — a streamer you referred pays us.
  • 50 XP — a post about Streamneeds, after we've verified it.
  • 0 XP — clicks, and sign-ups that never pay.

That last line is on purpose. If sign-ups scored, the board would be a competition in creating throwaway accounts instead of a competition in finding real streamers.

Questions

Do I need to be a streamer?
No. Anyone with a Google account can be a scout. Most of our best ones are viewers who know which streamers are struggling with spreadsheets.
When do I actually get paid?
A commission is credited the moment your referral's payment clears, then sits for 30 days before you can withdraw it. That's the refund window — paying out sooner would mean paying out money that can still be clawed back. Once you're above $50 you can request it.
How do I receive my reward?
Choose an Amazon gift card or a casino tip to a supported casino account. We confirm the delivery email or casino details with you before anything is sent.
How long does my link stay attached to someone?
30 days from the click. And once someone signs up through your link they're yours permanently — a later click on somebody else's link can never take an existing referral off you.
What counts as a post?
A video, short, clip, thread or write-up that's genuinely about Streamneeds. Submit the link from your dashboard and we'll look at it. We check every one by hand, including the view count — self-reported numbers don't score.
Can I refer myself?
No. Your own account is rejected automatically, and buying through your own link doesn't earn anything.
What happens if my referral cancels?
Anything already cleared stays yours. Future payments simply stop earning, because there are no future payments.
Can I stay off the leaderboard?
Yes — one switch on your dashboard removes you. You'll still earn exactly the same; you just won't be listed.
